Kors Engineering, a Waterford Michigan based control system integrator, has successfully deployed a pilot system to integrate machines at Shape Corp. with Plexus Online. Shape Corp. chose Plexus Online as their business information system provider in 2006. Early in 2007, Shape contacted Kors Engineering seeking a means of integrating their plant floor equipment with Plexus in real-time. Based on previous experience integrating factory floor PLCs, Kors was able to create a modular system that provided all the tools needed to perform the interaction between the two systems.
